Hello and Happy Thanksgiving week! I hope all your turkeys are thawed and are brining in the fridge as we speak….and if not, well, I hope you’re rushing down to your freezer RIGHT. NOW. LIKE GO. NOW!
Have you picked out all your side dishes yet? If you haven’t made all the final decisions, I’ve made a big collection on my site of all my favorite Thanksgiving sides and even a few desserts (NOT the infamous macaroni custard, though…).
One such recipe in the collection is the carrots you see below. Unfortunately, I ran out of time, so they didn’t make it to my table this year. BUT, I still have carrots and mascarpone in my fridge, so I may just make up a big plate to enjoy on my turkey-less Thanksgiving dinner this Thursday as I watch the Lions vs. Bills game.
I truly hope you find something that catches your interest this year and maybe even becomes a permanent fixture on your Thanksgiving table for years to come.
