Midweek Meals
New recipe + Valentine's Day faves 🌞
Happy Wednesday. Today, I have a new recipe plus Valentine’s faves to inspire your meals for the rest of the week!
Midweek Update
This week, I’m getting ready for my Galentine’s Day party, so I’m feeling a little more stressed out than usual. Thursday, I’ll be cooking all day to get ready for the event on Friday. Today, I want to try to revisit my raspberry London fog upside-down cake if I have time! I’ll be going out for happy hour later this evening, so I need to hustle if I want to make it happen! I just love the combination of tart raspberries with the flavor of a London Fog latte, all in cake form, so hopefully I get it right this time, and I can’t wait to share the recipe with you once I do.
For now, I have a new recipe, plus a reader fave and a few ideas to inspire your Valentine’s Day menu.
NEW RECIPE
Orange-Glazed Chicken Meatballs
Based on my Spicy Orange Chicken recipe, these orange-glazed chicken meatballs are aromatic and sweet, with a subtle spiciness that pairs perfectly with steamed rice.
READER FAVE
Orange-Pistachio Upside-Down Cake
Speaking of oranges! Levi from Instagram sent me this lovely message along with the beautiful photo (below). I’m so thrilled you loved this cake! It’s up there as one of my favorites. That whipped mascarpone with the citrusy oranges is just heaven in each bite.
