Happy Thursday. Normally, I send these on Wednesday, but it’s just one of those weeks. I woke up in a start last night at 1 AM and gasped “I forgot to send my newsletter!” But, I have SO many new recipes. I’m really excited about everything I’m sharing this week.
This weekend, I’m going all-in on St. Patrick’s Day recipe development! I’ve got my corned beef curing, and I’ve found so many old and fun recipes that I am positive you’ll want to try as well. I can’t wait to share them with you. But, let’s get into some recipes to keep you cooking for the rest of the week.
NEW RECIPES
Vegetable Curry Pot Pie
My husband can be a bit of a tough critic, and I appreciate that because I know if he likes a recipe, it’s definitely worth sharing. He has a good palate and has no problem telling me if something is too salty or bitter or not bright enough. So when he called me while I was out running errands just to say (AND I QUOTE) “This curry pot pie is out of this world good,” I knew it was something super special that had to be shared with all of you! I use Dil’s Punjabi Masala but your favorite curry powder will work here.
Irish Oat Bread with Dates and Hazelnuts
This Irish oat bread with dates and hazelnuts is decadent with an irresistibly deep and nutty sweetness that pairs perfectly with whipped butter. If you’re looking for something different than soda bread for St. Patrick’s Day, this is such a good option!
Irish Oat Bread with Raisins
Not into dates? Make the OG version with golden raisins!
Chicken Meatballs with Egg Noodles
This is such a great winter-to-spring transition meal! It’s comforting for a cold night, but the use of tarragon and dill gives it a bright, springy feel that you’ll love.
READER FAVES
Ginger Chicken Udon
Thank you for the comment, Suzi! I’m so happy this is a hit with your family!
My Best Crispy Fried Shrimp
Woohoo! Thank you, Brenda! I’m so happy you enjoyed your crispy shrimp. These are so tasty and even better since there is no dredging station involved 😜
Easy Chicken and Red Lentils
Yay, thank you Richard! I’m glad it worked well with the mix of green and red lentils. Honey in the yogurt topping sounds so yummy! Thank you for trying the recipe, and I’m thrilled you enjoyed it!
That’s it for today. Hope you all have a great rest of the week filled with lots of tasty food. If you make one of my recipes, please drop a comment to let me know how it turns out; I’d love to hear from you. Byeeeeee! 💖 💖
