Happy Thursday. Normally, I send these on Wednesday, but itβs just one of those weeks. I woke up in a start last night at 1 AM and gasped βI forgot to send my newsletter!β But, I have SO many new recipes. Iβm really excited about everything Iβm sharing this week.
This weekend, Iβm going all-in on St. Patrickβs Day recipe development! Iβve got my corned beef curing, and Iβve found so many old and fun recipes that I am positive youβll want to try as well. I canβt wait to share them with you. But, letβs get into some recipes to keep you cooking for the rest of the week.
NEW RECIPES
Vegetable Curry Pot Pie
My husband can be a bit of a tough critic, and I appreciate that because I know if he likes a recipe, itβs definitely worth sharing. He has a good palate and has no problem telling me if something is too salty or bitter or not bright enough. So when he called me while I was out running errands just to say (AND I QUOTE) βThis curry pot pie is out of this world good,β I knew it was something super special that had to be shared with all of you! I use Dilβs Punjabi Masala but your favorite curry powder will work here.
Irish Oat Bread with Dates and Hazelnuts
This Irish oat bread with dates and hazelnuts is decadent with an irresistibly deep and nutty sweetness that pairs perfectly with whipped butter. If youβre looking for something different than soda bread for St. Patrickβs Day, this is such a good option!
Irish Oat Bread with Raisins
Not into dates? Make the OG version with golden raisins!
Chicken Meatballs with Egg Noodles
This is such a great winter-to-spring transition meal! Itβs comforting for a cold night, but the use of tarragon and dill gives it a bright, springy feel that youβll love.
READER FAVES
Ginger Chicken Udon
Thank you for the comment, Suzi! Iβm so happy this is a hit with your family!
My Best Crispy Fried Shrimp
Woohoo! Thank you, Brenda! Iβm so happy you enjoyed your crispy shrimp. These are so tasty and even better since there is no dredging station involved π
Easy Chicken and Red Lentils
Yay, thank you Richard! Iβm glad it worked well with the mix of green and red lentils. Honey in the yogurt topping sounds so yummy! Thank you for trying the recipe, and Iβm thrilled you enjoyed it!
Thatβs it for today. Hope you all have a great rest of the week filled with lots of tasty food. If you make one of my recipes, please drop a comment to let me know how it turns out; Iβd love to hear from you. Byeeeeee! π π
