Happy Wednesday. Today, I’m sharing a few of my favorite pasta recipes from the archives to inspire your meals for the rest of the week.
Midweek Update
How’s everyone’s week going? Today, I got a haircut, which I’m sporting above! I tried making a few cakes this week, and they’ve been hit or miss. I did make a very good version of my Lemon-Blueberry Upside-Down Cake, but I used cornflakes in place of almonds. It tasted so good! I want to make more upside-down cakes with cornflakes (or other cereals!) in the caramel. Yesterday, I tried my hand at the FIFTH (!!) iteration of my peanut butter and jelly upside-down cake, and it was horrible. No two ways about it. Just bad. I’m thinking my grapes were past their prime (that’s what I’m choosing to believe), which is what gave it such a bad flavor. I’m taking a break from that cake and making my Raspberry Chocolate Chip Upside-Down Cake as a palate cleanser tonight.
I took a little break from new recipe development, but I have so many ideas that I can’t wait to dig back in. I still want to share my radish Caesar salad recipe, and I made the most amazing air fryer BBQ chicken tenders this week (I’ve been eating them for days!). Lots to come soon!
