Happy Thursday! What a busy week! I’m starting to wrap up my St. Patrick’s Day recipes, and yesterday, we had our annual feast with my homemade corned beef!


I’ll be sharing my recipe this Sunday to give you enough time to try curing your own brisket in time for St. Patrick’s Day if you’re up for the challenge!
