Happy Wednesday. Today, I have a couple of reader faves and a few autumnal recipes from the archives to inspire your recipes for the week.
I am finishing up my last week at work this week! I can’t believe it, and I’m so excited to finally have so much more time to devote to recipe development. I also made my very first test turkey of the season, and it was a beaut! This is a pear and miso-glazed turkey, and while I’ll have to tweak the recipe a bit more, I absolutely love it. It’s especially delicious with the sweet pears used to make the pear syrup served on the side. It needs more refinements, but I’m very excited to consider this the Thanksgiving turkey for this year. YUM.
For now, I have a few reader faves and a few autumnal recipes from the archives to share with you.
