Midweek Meals + Oopsie
I sent an email too soon. 🌞
Well, that was embarrassing. Happy Wednesday, and I’m sorry to admit that I hit “send” too soon on my last post. One of those days!
I am starting paid subscriptions, and the Double Blueberry Cornflake Upside-Down Cake was intended to be the first recipe I shared as part of the announcement, but I got too excited and hit send before I even realized what happened.
All that to say, I am turning on paid subscriptions to my Substack. I want to find meaningful ways to ensure that my content brings value, and I’m excited to start offering exclusive recipes before they go live on the site and build a deeper connection to readers (who want it!). I’ve gotten requests from folks who want to be more involved in the recipe-making process, as well as for longer-form video content, so that will all be part of paid subscriptions as well.
If you’re interested, you can subscribe below, and I’ll be looking forward to all feedback and ideas as I build this part of my Substack community. To thank you for being an early subscriber, I’m giving 20% off annual plans (forever!).
Anyway, enjoy the preview of paid subscriptions! I do really appreciate all the support for my work over the years! And for now, we’ll get into some reader faves for the week to keep you cooking.
NEW GLOOP
The Weekly Gloop
I continue to be amazed by the large response to my Gloop! This week, I made a pineapple-date version, and I’m still enjoying it! Freeze-dried pineapples add a subtle sweetness that works so well with buttery dates.
