When I say this kinda-sorta Italian wedding soup was unreal, I mean it was unreal. The meatballs are loaded with homemade garlic-herb breadcrumbs and heavy cream which creates a super moist meatball.
For this recipe, I skip the fuss of frying or baking the meatballs. Instead, I chuck them straight into the broth and let them simmer until cooked through.
The real secret to this recipe? The Flowering Hyssop Thyme! I only have a couple left in my shop, so grab a jar and get cooking!
This sweet and spicy chicken quinoa bowl was delicious. While it does require a few pots and pans, it’s worth the extra cleanup. The marinade for the chicken is sweet, spicy, and a little smokey. Served on perfectly cooked quinoa with lots of peppers and onions, it’s as nourishing as it is delicious!
