Happy Friday! I said I wasn’t going to email you this week until my meal plan was ready, but I simply can’t resist sending you a recipe when it’s THIS GOOD.
These turkey meatballs are so, so, so darn good. They’re loaded with Parmesan, a touch of heavy cream, and plenty of spice.
The recipe’s sun-dried tomato sauce pairs perfectly with your favorite pasta shape. I used rigatoni, but the world is your oyster…use whichever shape you like best. The recipe makes enough sauce for a 16-ounce box of dry pasta.
Alternatively, you can stuff these meatballs into a hoagie roll, spoon a little sauce on top, and add a few slices of mozzarella for an amazing meatball sub.
Anyway, enough gabbing…I’m sure you’re ready to cook! Grab the recipe on my website by following the link below, and let me know what you think of them if you decide to cook them!
Italian Turkey Meatball Recipe
These Italian turkey meatballs are going to be your new favorite mid-week dinner recipe. Juicy, flavorful, and perfect for pasta or subs.
PS – Here’s a sneak peek of one of the recipes I’m developing for the next meal plan…these lemongrass tofu bowls were absolutely divine. More to come next week, so stay tuned!
Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend filled with lots of tasty food. Bye!
