Happy Sunday. Today, I have a new recipe and a few reader faves to inspire your meals for the rest of the week.

Weekend Update
This has been more of a recovery weekend for me, and I’m definitely feeling some kind of way that it’s already almost over. Work has been kicking my butt, and I’m sad that I haven’t had as much time to devote to new recipes. I’m hoping once I get over the hump of this big project I’m on, I’ll have more time to spend coming up with new recipe ideas. I’m certainly still cooking a lot, but I haven’t had as many major sparks of inspiration. I think it’s better to slow down a bit rather than churn out recipes I’m not 100% proud of.
This weekend, I’ve been swimming in strawberry matcha sodas! We get them at a local cafe, and I decided to make one myself at home, and they’re SO good! I make mine with homemade strawberry syrup, seltzer water, and matcha. I used the simmered strawberries to make homemade strawberry shortcakes with the biscuit recipe from my mother-in-law.
I also made a batch of raspberry lemon cupcakes, but they did NOT turn out. I was so sad because they’re SO pretty, but yeesh. Something was off about them, but I will try again because I love the flavor combination.
But for now, let’s dig into recipes to keep you cooking this week.
