Happy Sunday. Today, I have some updated recipes plus a few of my faves from the archives.

Weekend Update
I was on PTO on Friday, and it was actually a somewhat hectic weekend. I met up with a friend in DC on Friday, and in the evening, I did a little world tour of all my favorite things. I started with a happy hour espresso martini, then had sushi at my favorite spot. Then, I finished the night with a pistachio tiramisu and another espresso martini for good measure. I also tried the TikTok influencer trick of hopping around for good candid photos…I don’t think mine was quite as successful as what I’ve seen online. BUT I TRIED!
On Saturday, I farted around Georgetown in DC and had a really yummy margherita pizza! I still haven’t found my favorite, favorite margherita pizza in the DMV, but the search continues. Saturday night, I made the most delicious yet UGLY cupcakes my eyes have ever seen. They are SO good, but I messed up the ratios somewhere along the line. Even the cats on my shirt couldn’t believe what they were witnessing. I’ll revisit them in the future, because everyone needs an amazing raspberry cupcake recipe in their life.
Okay, let’s dig into some recipes to keep you cooking this week!
