Happy Sunday. Today, I have a new recipe and reader faves to share with you.

Weekend Update
This weekend had some good and some bad. Because I came down with COVID, we had to cancel our beach trip that we had planned a few weeks ago. To make up for it, we planned a few nice dinner outings this weekend. We had an okay meal yesterday, despite the fact that my fish was burnt to a crisp!
On Friday, we had a great margherita pizza at Facci’s! My husband and I have been "reviewing” margherita pizzas lately, so it’s been pulling us to different restaurants, which has been fun. The pizza we had on Friday was a solid 4.5 out of 5! It was so good! The crust was really crisp on the bottom, and they used a really creamy mozzarella, which I loved!
I also made a peach cobbler for the first time! I’ve been in upside-down cake mode lately, but cobblers may be my new hyperfixation. The biscuits were so easy to make and so buttery and flaky. Can’t wait to try out more iterations of this. To my surprise, I think I discovered that I prefer a cobbler to a crisp!
Anyway, I have a new summery recipe to share with you as well as a couple of reader faves to keep you cooking this week. Let’s dig in.
