Recipes for the week
Reader faves š
Happy Sunday. Today, I have a few reader faves and a few more from the archives to inspire your meals for the rest of the week.

Weekend Update
I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentineās Day! I had a very busy weekend filled with so much good food. On Friday, I hosted my annual Galentineās Day dinner, and I made so much! Going overboard? Couldnāt be me š
My theme was āCutie Piesā, so I made a vegetarian pot pie and a chicken pot pie. For snacky appetizers, I made cheese and olive skewers, and I also made a really good Calabrian tomato dip with big toasted butter-and-herb Parmesan croutons for dipping (it was DIVINE). I also made shrimp cocktail (which Iāve been obsessed with), and I took a chance and ordered caviar from Quince. The price was suspiciously low compared to other places, but Iāve never bought caviar before, so I didnāt want to go overboard. It was actually really good! I served it with extra crispy tater tots and crĆØme fraĆ®che. I also made my Cherry Garcia Upside-Down Cake and raspberry London Fog tiramisu. I think everyone really enjoyed themselves. Galentineās Day is absolutely my favorite holiday of the year, and I really like to splurge to treat all my friends to an amazing meal.
For Valentineās Day, I went to Prime Rib in Baltimore. I kept it very classic and tried just the regular old roast prime rib with au jus, and it was exactly what I wanted! Tender with lots of shaved horseradish on the side. I also tried their oysters (amazing), Caesar salad, mashed potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. Everything was exceptional, and I really recommend it for a special night out. We ended with a banana split, which was the perfect way to end our classic steakhouse experience.
Today, Iāll be remaking my raspberry London Fog upside-down cake, so if you follow me on Instagram, you can see how it turns out!
Okay, letās get into some recipes for the week.
