Recipes for the week
Reader faves 🌞
Happy Sunday. Today, I have a few reader faves and ideas from the archives to inspire your meals for the week.
Weekend Update
It was a bit of a slower weekend for me. I went to Baltimore’s Flower Mart yesterday and had a nice dinner at Indigma. I really loved the mango martini, and my chicken vindaloo was nice and spicy! The best part of the meal, though, was the cardamom crème brûlee. This morning, I enjoyed a tiramisu cold brew at The Dashery, though I still prefer the raspberry espresso tonic (which I want to try making at home soon!).
Earlier in the week, I went to my friend’s house for dinner, and she broke out her little indoor butane grill for a Korean BBQ night. I made cheese tteokbokki, and she made homemade kimchi and all the banchan and tons of meat! We had pork belly, beef, pork chops, and grilled mushrooms. I also made a black sesame cake, which was just okay.
For now, let’s get into some reader faves and a few more ideas to inspire your meal plans for the rest of the week.
