Happy Sunday. Today, I’m sharing a few reader faves with you.
Can you believe we’re already at the end of June? I can’t believe how fast 2024 seems to be flying by. I’m excited, though, because now my favorite summer produce is officially in full swing at the farmer’s market, like big, juicy tomatoes, peaches, and one of my unsung heroes of summer: the golden zucchini.
If you ever see them at the market, I recommend grabbing a few! They’re not the same as yellow squash. They look exactly like green zucchini, except with gorgeous, deep golden skin. They’re a tiny bit sweeter than green zucchini, and they’re perfect for shaving into salads or sautéing them with other vegetables.
My favorite way? Serving them with lemon-dill rice!
