Happy Sunday. Today, I have lots of new things to share with you.

Weekend Update
This weekend has been a whirlwind! My neighbor got married on Friday and we had a little bachelorette party on Thursday. We did a fun Pilates flow and then had delicious Ethiopian food at Dukem. I absolutely LOVED the crispy fish! She had a small courthouse wedding on Friday and invited her friends and family to a reception at a local restaurant for small bites.
We went out to eat beforehand (mistake) as we weren’t sure how much food there would be. We had an amazing dinner at The Dara in Baltimore, a Thai restaurant with incredible food! I ordered the crab curry which was topped with a crispy soft shell crab. My favorite dish of the evening was the beef nam tok, a (very) spicy beef salad. Everything was fantastic.
When we got to the reception, though, there was so much more food than we anticipated, and it all looked amazing! She had everything from baked brie with jam to chicken wings to nachos and garlic bread and sliders. We definitely should have skipped dinner, but I just couldn’t say no to that baked brie, and I feel like I destroyed an entire wheel of it myself. I also loved rocking a sparkly dress with an espresso martini!
This weekend I cooked SO much! I’m preparing for St. Patrick’s Day, and I’m excited because I bought a bunch of vintage cookbooks to inspire recipes I want to share with you all, like the Irish Oatmeal Bread I made yesterday! I loved it so much, I’m making another version with dates and hazelnuts. I also made corned beef and cabbage and a gorgeous Punjabi masala spiced pot pie (recipe soon!) YUM! I also made a pork tenderloin with red wine sauce. I made that recipe a few weeks ago, but it didn’t photograph very well, so I made it again!
Okay, that’s all for this week. I have new recipes and reader faves to share with you. Let’s dig in.
NEW RECIPES
Chicken with Stewed Sweet Peppers
Not technically a new recipe. I mentioned it before, but my goal is to reshoot and test all my old recipes, so I’m taking it one recipe at a time. I developed this recipe many years ago, and it’s just fantastic. It has a deeply savory, aromatic sauce that pairs perfectly with crisp, juicy chicken thighs.
Pork Tenderloin with Red Wine Sauce
I love a good pork tenderloin recipe and when it’s served with a rich and savory red wine sauce, it’s truly heaven.
Air Fryer Malaysian Red Curry Chicken Tenders
Will my chicken tender exploits ever end? (Narrator: they will not). Similar to my red curry chicken wings, these tenders are sauced in an irresistible Malaysian red curry and honey sauce for a fragrant, spicy chicken tender everyone will love.

Thank you so much for taking the time to rate the recipe! This sweet and spicy chicken bowl is packed with flavor and makes for a super easy weeknight dinner recipe. Chipotles in adobo sauce add the perfect amount of heat and smokiness to this versatile rice bowl recipe.
Spicy Crab Pasta
Thank you for rating the recipe! This crab pasta is deeply savory and flavorful thanks to anchovies and sun-dried tomatoes. YUM!
EASY & SATISFYING
Easy Tomato Orzo
If you need an easy throw-together meal this week, this tomato orzo is one of my favorites. Prep a few veggies, throw together a quick-simmering sauce, and done.
Gochujang Beef and Broccoli
This gochujang beef and broccoli comes together in about 40 minutes and is so flavorful and satisfying for a midweek meal!
