Recipes for the week
Reader faves + archive recipes 🌞
Happy Sunday. Today, I have a few reader faves and recipes from the archives to inspire your menus for the week.
Weekend Update
Friday was my last day at my new job, and this was the pic I took as soon as I signed off for the day after three years in my role. I’m still decompressing and unwinding after a very stressful final week. On Friday, we celebrated with a dinner out at a nicer restaurant in Baltimore, Costiera. It was definitely a Jekyll and Hyde experience. I was blown away by the crudo and Caesar salad appetizers, and the foccacia was divine! The next two courses…not so much. Oh well, they can’t all be winners! I really enjoy the dessert of an apple tiramisu.
I baked a bit as well. I tried a new apple upside-down cake with a spiced walnut caramel, which was so good, but it needs a little work. I also tested a cranberry orange upside-down cake, which was a disaster, but I know I can save her! I can’t wait to perfect that cake in time for Thanksgiving.
For now, I have a few reader faves and comfort meals from the archives to inspire your meal plans for the week.

Raspberry White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Upside-Down Cake
This comment came from a reader on Instagram, and I’m so happy it was a hit! The cake is irresistible enough on its own, but the syrupy sweet raspberries really take it over the top.
