Weekend Update
Iāll keep this one short. Iāve been feeling burnt out by work, so I took Friday off for a much-needed me day. I putzed around, bought some things, did a Pilates flow on the Cadillac with my friend, and then tried to stay off screens for a while. On Friday, I made the most incredible lemon-basil mushroom risotto, which I canāt wait to share the recipe with you!
Over the weekend, I made yet another iteration of my carrot trifle, and I am SO happy to be able to share the recipe with you finally. I think you will love this beautiful spring dessert. I also went to Lancaster, PA yesterday to visit the Lancaster Central Market. I didnāt buy anything, but I did have a yummy iced matcha latte at Passenger Coffee!
Today, Iām making my tarragon chicken meatballs again with asparagus. Iāll link my original recipe below. Itās such a great spring dinner; very light and aromatic. Perfect for a warm evening!
