Recipes for the Week
New recipe + reader faves 🌞
Happy Sunday. Today, I have a new recipe and reader faves to inspire your meal plans for the week.

Weekend Update
Yesterday, we went to Lancaster to try Pizzeria LUCA! We ordered a salad, arancini, and a margherita pizza. Absolutely loved the salad and arancini. The pizza was good, but we are margherita purists, so our preference is always simplicity! Bufala, basil, tomato sauce, and a soft, airy dough with a crisp exterior. This had parmesan and shaved garlic, and the dough was a little more crispy without as many of the pillowy air bubbles. While it was a fine pizza for what it was, it wasn’t our favorite margherita. But I caveat that by saying that we are harsh margherita critics! I would definitely go back to try their other pizzas (and for more of the salad!).
That evening, I made my steak taco salad that has become almost a weekly ritual. Reverse-seared sirloin steak piled high on a crisp salad with lots of crunchy tortilla strips and washed down with a margarita. The best dinner. I’m finally sharing my easy recipe for the steak, too.
Today, I’m revisiting my Punjabi masala-roasted chicken and my spicy corn salad. I can’t wait to share my recipe for the corn salad!
For now, let’s get into some recipes to inspire your meal plans for the week.
