Happy Friday! I hope you all had a great week. This past week, I challenged myself to eat my greens, so I made a salad every day for my lunches. I made a gorgeous sun-dried tomato and chicken, a turkey meatball salad, and an amazing haldi masala chicken salad.
I rounded out the week with spinach and mushroom frittata, and what is a frittata but a salad in the form of a pie? All my salad recipes from the week are on my Instagram, but I’ve linked a few of my favorites below! I also have a new pasta recipe for you: a lush ricotta tomato sauce with mushrooms. You’re gonna love it, I swear.
