Happy Sunday! I’m so excited about this newsletter because it’s the super official launch of the meal plan PDFs. I did a simple spring meal plan exactly 1 month ago, but I wanted to find a way to make it even more usable and add a few extra bells and whistles.
Here is the menu for May’s meal plan:
Tomato and Chickpea Tagliatelle
Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos
Seafood Corn Chowder
Shawarma-Spiced Pork Tenderloin
Salsa Verde Chicken Soup
And here are a few of the extras you’ll be getting:
🔔 Grocery list!
Print it out and check off the ingredients as you buy them! If you’re viewing on a desktop computer, the grocery list is interactive, so you can mark them off as you add them to your cart.
🔔 Coupons!
Your girl loves a deal :) I am most excited about this update. For this month’s meal plan, New York Shuk has graciously provided a special coupon code for 15% off your entire order, so you can buy the exact products I used for one of the recipes at a discount…and maybe treat yourself to a few of their other products 😜 This code is only for Tried & True readers, and you can access the code in the PDF below with links to the products I used.
I’ve already begun conversations with some of my favorite makers with hopes of bringing you all a nice little coupon page for every meal plan in the future. Stay tuned for June’s meal plan because I have some fun stuff lined up!
🔔 Calorie count!
This has been requested in the past, so I added a calorie count. All numbers are estimates and will ultimately depend on the products you use, but I hope you find the estimates useful!
If you have suggestions for things you’d like to see in these meal plans, be sure to let me know in the comments. Eventually, I will develop meal plans for dietary requirements, like vegan, pescatarian, and gluten-free. I want these to be as useful as possible for you, and I hope you find a new recipe (or five) that you love!
As a reminder, meal plans are developed exclusively for paid Substack subscribers. These recipes will not be available on my website or social media. You can use the button below to start a free trial and see how you like them before you commit. I’m also still offering 20% off the annual plan, and you can subscribe here to get the deal!
