A new newsletter series 🌞

Happy Friday. Today, I’m introducing a new newsletter series. I relaunched paid Substack subscriptions a few weeks ago, and I’ve been brainstorming ways to create more value in what people receive from me while still being cognizant of just how often I’m showing up in your inboxes. I’m highly protective of my own personal inbox, and I will unsubscribe so fast if I get even a whiff that my opt-in status is being taken for granted. I never want people to feel like I’m rolling up to their digital home uninvited too often.

From now on, you can expect the following cadence from me:

  • Wednesdays: Midweek Meals

    • This is focused on reader faves or seasonal faves from my archives.

  • Fridays: Friday Faves

    • This is for paid subscribers, but will include a preview for free subscribers to get a taste of what we’re talking about each Friday. This newsletter will feature early access recipes and more of a casual chitchat about food, meals, or ingredients I loved from the previous week. It’ll also include ideas I have for the upcoming week. Early access recipes will always make their way to the website for totally free public consumption, but paid subscribers will get them first!

  • Sundays: Recipes for the Week

    • This will feature my weekend update and any new recipes on the website, as well as mini recipes (quick, stream-of-thought dishes that I’m still perfecting) and more archive or reader faves to give you ideas for the week ahead.

You can always do a free trial of paid subscriptions, and I’m still offering 20% off annual plans. As always, you can manage your Substack inbox notifications from the settings page if I’m irritating you. 😜
