My Favorite Bites

Last week, I felt pretty in my groove with cooking. Despite the fact that I did have one pork catastrophe and had to have an emergency midweek taco salad…but I mean, that happens to the best of us, right?

I really don’t know why I keep going through the exercise of writing up a meal plan because I can’t seem to force myself to follow it. I served it with seared tuna, which I unfortunately overcooked (my least favorite bite).

My next favorite bite is the soup I’m holding above (and sharing as an early access recipe below). It’s a rich, fragrant, comforting chicken and butternut squash soup finished with an earthy, sweet sage-infused coconut milk.
