My Favorite Bites
Normally, I’d prefer to send this newsletter with an early access recipe (or two!), but this week, recipe development had to take a backseat to my civic duty! I had jury duty and was selected for a trial, which went a little longer than expected. While I am summoned to jury duty basically every year, this was my first time serving on a trial. The whole process left me feeling a little mentally exhausted this week (though I do feel like I learned a lot seeing a trial end-to-end like that).
