Happy Wednesday. Today, I have a new recipe and reader faves to keep you cooking the rest of the week.
Midweek Update
Yesterday, I made the most incredible chicken soup, and I can’t wait to share the recipe in Friday Faves. It’s a very, very corny chicken and jalapeño soup. Homemade chicken broth simmers with bare corn cobs, and the soup combines fresh summer corn with cornmeal to thicken it. The heat from jalapeños and a splash of lime juice at the end makes it a soup that’s worth sweating in the heat of late summer.
For now, I have a new recipe plus a few reader faves to inspire your meal plans for the rest of the week.
