Midweek Meals
My favorite pasta recipes 🌞
Happy Wednesday. Today, I’m craving pasta, so I’m sharing a few of my favorite pasta recipes from the archives.
Midweek Update
This week has been so busy. I honestly feel like I’m busier now than when I was working full-time! On Sunday, I visited my parents, and my dad gifted me this amazing portrait he painted of me–I absolutely love it, and I can’t wait to find the perfect place to hang it.
Things are finally winding down, but tomorrow I’ll be visiting my friend in DC for his birthday lunch. On Friday, I’m having friends over for a tiramisu party! I’m going to attempt a tiramisu upside-down cake, but we’ll see how that goes! I will have a backup tiramisu from a local bakery if it’s a disaster. I’ll also be making my Buffalo chicken tenders and my lemon pepper chicken tenders (recipes linked below), so I’m really excited!
I don’t have any new recipes to share this week, so in addition to the chicken tenders, we’re also going to revisit some of my favorite pasta recipes. Let’s dig in.

Everyone goes nuts for these chicken tenders when I make them! Whether for a party or a game day snack, they’re so crispy, spicy, and saucy.
Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Chicken Tenders
Don’t feel like frying? These air fryer lemon pepper chicken tenders are a favorite in my house. Crispy with just the right amount of sweet, spicy, lemony flavors.
