Midweek Meals
New recipe + reader faves 🌞
Happy Wednesday. Today, I have a new recipe plus a few reader faves to inspire your meal plans for the rest of the week.
Midweek Update
This week is going by so fast because of the holiday! I can’t believe it’s Wednesday already.
I feel like I’m really settling into my routine of recipe development, so I’m happy that I’ve found a more regular cadence for sending new recipes to everyone!
Today, I’m sharing an Orange-Thyme Bean Soup recipe. It’s citrusy, earthy, and so good as a light lunch or a heartier dinner when paired with a thick slice of crusty bread.
