I’m on PTO this week, which gives me a lot of time for cooking! I’ve felt so inspired, and I’m excited to start sharing some of the new things I’ve been whipping up in my kitchen.

Buttermilk Drop Biscuits
I make these buttermilk drop biscuits multiple times a week during strawberry season. We serve ours with strawberry shortcakes, as you can see in the picture below, but they’re equally good with sausage gravy!
Strawberry shortcake season is my favorite season! How do you make yours? I do lightly macerated strawberries, whipped mascarpone infused with strawberry syrup, and an extra drizzle of strawberry syrup on top. YUM!
