Midweek Update
I can’t believe it’s Wednesday already. It feels like the week is going by in a flash. I also can’t believe I’m already preparing for my Galentine’s Day party next week! Where is the time going already? It feels like it was just New Year’s Eve a blink ago.
Today, I’m excited to share a new recipe for a really lovely Raspberry Chocolate Chip Upside-Down Cake. It’s perfect for Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day, or any day that requires a little sweetness. I also have a yummy and very simple new udon soup recipe to share. I’ll round out this week’s newsletter with a few reader faves and recipes from the archives to keep you cooking for the rest of the week. Let’s dig in.
