Midweek Meals
Reader faves + ideas from the archives 🌞
Happy Wednesday. Today, I have reader faves and a few ideas from the archives to inspire your meals for the week.

Midweek Update
Whew. This week has been busy! I decided to reshoot my short rib lasagna recipe, and I had to make lots of cookies for a cookie exchange. I made red velvet crinkle cookies, and they were AMAZING. I also made homemade gingerbread cookies, and I tried to ice them, but I still need to develop that skill, ha! Since I had so many leftovers, I decided to pack them up and donate them to my local community fridge. I love how easy this fridge makes it to give back. All I had to do was pack the leftovers up, label them, and drop them in the refrigerator. I was able to stock the fridge with 11 servings of lasagna and 9 bags of cookies.
In other news, I also decided to pick up German again! I took 3 years in high school, and I’ve been feeling like I could use some socialization during the week since I don’t have a corporate job anymore. I really enjoyed my first lesson, and I was amazed at how much I was able to recall, even from 20 years ago. Maybe I’ll become fluent one day, but right now I’m just enjoying the practice.
For now, let’s get into some recipes to keep you cooking the rest of the week.
