Midweek Meals
New recipes, reader faves, more ideas 🌞
Happy Wednesday. Today, I have new recipes, reader faves, and a few ideas from the archives to keep you cooking this week.

Midweek Update
Today, I have two new recipes to share, including my Chicken and Pepper Linguine and my Grammy Bananny Upside-Down Cake. In one of my newsletters earlier in June, I mentioned that the vet found what they thought was a tumor on my sweet senior tortie cat, Grammy. Unfortunately, it was cancer, and we had to make the decision to euthanize her last week. All this happened while I was in the process of developing this cake, and because it reminded me so much of her tortoiseshell fur color, I named it after her. Grammy Bananny just felt like a sweet and silly way to memorialize my sassy kitchen companion and all the joy she brought us during the 12 years we spent with her.
I’m also sharing a recipe for chicken and pepper linguine–cheesy, savory, and so good as a comforting midweek meal.
