Turkey Mushroom Swiss Baked Rice
Believe it or not, I’m going to start working on Thanksgiving recipes 😱 I’ll be working on new turkey breast and whole turkey breast recipes, which means I’ll have lots of leftovers! One of my favorite ways to use leftover turkey is in this baked rice with mushrooms and Swiss cheese. YUM!
