Recipes for the week
New recipe + reader faves 🌞
Happy Sunday. Today, I have a new recipe plus reader faves to share with you.
Weekend Update
Today, I am having a party to celebrate leaving my job to work on Tried & True full-time! I’m making beef bourguignon, white bean cassoulet, and a Basque chicken stew. I’m also making my never-fail rolls, espresso martini upside-down cake, honey butter, garlic butter, and pommes duchesse! I’m so excited! I also hired a magician, so we’ll have an hour-long magic show, which should be interesting, ha!
Last week was my first official week focusing on the blog, and I did a lot of experimenting. I made the most amazing cranberry-orange upside-down cake, and I can’t wait to share the recipe with you when it’s ready. I’m serving it with an irresistible rosemary-infused whipped cream. It’ll be perfect for Thanksgiving! I also made a chocolate and peanut butter banana upside-down cake that’s really out of this world. But, truthfully, I did feel like I needed to decompress a little week, so I think I’ll be ramping up more this week with lots of new recipes to share in the next newsletter.
For now, I have a new recipe, reader faves, and a few from the archives to inspire your meals this week.
