Happy Tuesday! Today, I have a new recipe and a few new reader favorites to share with you!
But first, a little chit-chat.
I canโt believe how quickly summer is flying by! I mean, Iโm already picking out my fall clothes! Yeesh! I remain in disbelief that the evenings are getting shorter and shorter and that ice cream in the park will soon be a thing of the past.
This week, Iโm really excited because I debuted the very first TASTER-APPROVED recipe! If youโve been following along, Iโve launched a recipe-testing program to solicit community feedback on recipes before they hit the site. Little errors can happen to the best of us, but this program will help me continue to perfect my work as much as possible.
While I certainly test my own recipes, it just feels like the right time to open up my recipe development process to outside perspectives and critiques, so I can stop working in such a silo. My goal? Continue delivering high-quality recipes that go beyond my own kitchen before they come to yours. Theyโre community-tested and community-approved.
If you want to join the program, you can sign up below to get emails as recipes become available to test.
On to the recipe!
Chicken Meatball Pita
Thank you to Cassandra and Vic for testing this recipe and for your great feedback! Iโve made this multiple times, and I honestly canโt stop eating it. The meatballs are juicy and flavorful, and they pair perfectly with creamy hummus and a warm, toasted pita. You can view the community feedback on the recipe by clicking the button below and scrolling to the bottom!

White Miso Brothy Beans
Thank you, Jamey! I bet the locally made white miso was delicious in this! Yum!
Honey-Dijon Chicken with Dill
Thank you, Rebecca! Iโm so happy you loved this one as much as I do. I still need to test a slow cooker version of this recipe! Maybe that will be next week's project while Iโm on PTO!
I mean, it IS Taco Tuesday!
Make Rotisserie Chicken Tacos Tonight
I share these all the time because theyโre honestly just that good! A perfect way to use up a rotisserie chicken!
I need to develop some new taco recipesโฆany requests? :)
Ok, I think thatโs it for today! I hope the rest of your week is filled with lots of tasty food. If you make one of my recipes, please drop a comment to let me know how it turns out. Iโd love to hear from you. Byeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
