Recipes for the week
New recipe + reader faves 🌞
Happy Snowy Sunday. Today, I have a new recipe and reader faves to share with you.
Weekend Update
Are you enjoying the snow? We didn’t get as much as I would have liked; it’s mostly just icy rain now. I was really hoping for a true snowstorm, but I think it was too warm late last week. Oh well.
Yesterday, I made homemade ravioli! I’m going to share my recipe for these basic ricotta ravioli once I make it again, but they were too good!
On Friday, I went out for an espresso martini at Sisu, and I had a nice dinner at Costiera (they have the BEST focaccia). Afterwards, I made the most amazing orange upside-down cake. The top was a layer of thinly sliced orange wedges, and the cake was a moist pistachio cake that I can’t stop thinking about. I’ll be making it again so I can share my recipe with you.
Otherwise, I don’t have too many updates, so let’s dig into some recipes to keep you cooking through this snowy weather.
NEW RECIPE
Blistered Shishito Peppers with Charred Scallion Vinaigrette

Wow! That Cherry Garcia cake sounds wonderful. I love Cherry Garcia ice cream and I really enjoy taking flavor from one thing and putting them in another “container.” 😊
So many gems in here, yum!
