Weekend Update

This weekend was really low-key. I am finally feeling mostly recovered from whatever bug I had, so I had a lot of fun cooking this weekend! It felt great getting back into the kitchen.

I made my air-fried Buffalo chicken tenders for the Ravens game yesterday and my new favorite vegan snack: crispy Buffalo tofu bites (which I am holding above)! I’ll link the recipe below. I also decided to reshoot my white chocolate mousse recipe, which I’ll share for Valentine’s Day.

Today, I made my first pavlova and little mini meringue cookies to accompany the mousse. I’ll share all about it next weekend!

I’ll keep the weekend update short because I’m already a little delayed in sending this today. Let’s dig into the recipes!
