Happy Sunday. Today, I have a new recipe plus reader faves and a few ideas from the archives to keep you cooking this week.
Weekend Update
This weekend, my dad came to visit. Naturally, he had to get in on the upside-down cake flip action. He and my mom thought a raspberry white chocolate upside-down cake would be delicious, so that’s what I’ve been testing the last few days (recipe below!). We also went back to our favorite Indian restaurant, Royal Taj! We had chicken vindaloo, shrimp karahi, and chicken biryani. The highlight of the meal was the aloo tiki, though! They were a bit spicy and so flavorful! I loved them.
Today, I’m making my air-fried breaded chicken thighs again. My current favorite meal!
Let’s get into a new recipe and reader faves to keep you cooking this week.
