Recipes for the week
Last minute Super Bowl ideas + reader faves 🌞
Happy Sunday. Today, I have last-minute Super Bowl ideas plus a few reader faves to share with you.
Weekend Update
Today, I’m staying inside and away from the bitter cold! This weekend, I tested a few ideas for my Galentine’s Day dinner on Friday, including this very pink raspberry and London fog tiramisu. The whipped mascarpone is flavored with freeze-dried raspberries, and I dipped ladyfingers in a delicious London fog latte soaking liquid. I will be tasting it today, and I can’t wait to see how it turns out!
This week, I’ll be preparing for the dinner party. My theme is “Cutie Pies”, so I’m making pot pies! I was going to do mini pot pies, but I think I’ll stick with the full-sized pies instead. I’ll also be making a fruit and cheese board, and a few snacky skewers. I might do tater tot skewers with a crème fraîche drizzle and maybe caviar (if it isn’t prohibitively expensive), along with cheese and creamy tomato sauce toasts and my Cherry Garcia Upside-Down Cake. I’m really excited!
For now, let’s get into a few Super Bowl ideas and reader faves.
