Recipes for the week
Reader faves
Happy Sunday. Today, I have reader faves plus a few from the archives to inspire your meal plans for the week.

Weekend Update
This weekend has been a bit chill (and chilly!). It’s been so yucky and gray out, I haven’t really felt like going out, so I cooked a lot! I made my Air Fryer Buffalo Wings (recipe below) for the Bills game (so sad), and I reshot my Baked Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken (recipe below). I remembered why that recipe is so popular! It was sooooo divine! I made it with a white wine and spinach orzo, and it was amazing. Leftovers are even better!
Today, I went for matcha at Equitea. It’s not a “new” spot; they had a temporary location that I’d been to a few times. Today, I had a chance to visit their permanent location, and it’s so beautiful inside! I had the matcha latte that they serve with a vegan charred marshmallow. It was amazing!
Okay, let’s get into some recipes to keep you cooking this week.
RECIPE RESHOOT
Baked Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken
This is one of my most popular recipes of all time, and for good reason! It’s so flavorful and easy to make. Perfect with pasta, polenta, or potatoes.
