Recipes for the week
New recipe, reader faves, more ideas 🌞
Happy Sunday. Today, I have a new recipe, reader faves, and a few more ideas to inspire you for the week.

Weekend Update
It was a dining out weekend for me, so I’m excited to cook dinner again tonight. On Friday, I went to Bar Dalà again and tried their cucumbers, tortilla española, and their quesito skewers. Everything was delicious as always! Then, we went to Tio Pepe in Baltimore. The restaurant has been around for over 50 years, and I haven’t been back in nearly 15, so it felt long overdue. I really love that it’s underground and sort of cavernous, with lots of little tunnels in the dining room. Just gives it a really unique feel. The food was excellent! We did the paella and the pine nut roll for dessert, and had so many leftovers. Surprisingly, my favorite was the little after-dinner espresso with anisette, but I’m a big anise fan. I’m excited to go back and explore more of their menu.
I had sushi yesterday, and it was a little bit of a disappointing experience, but they can’t all be winners!
For now, I have a new recipe, reader faves, and a few more ideas to inspire you for the week.
NEW RECIPE
Chicken and Mushroom Orecchiette
This Mushroom and Chicken Orecchiette is everything I want from spring pasta. It’s light but satisfying, packed with herbs, and finished with a bright hit of lemon.
