Happy Sunday. Today, I have reader faves and a few ideas from the archives to inspire your menus for the week.

Weekend Update
This weekend, I went to West Virginia for the wedding of my dad’s childhood friend’s son. Naturally, we had to hit all the WV food favorites, including pepperoni rolls from Tomaro’s and a hot dog from Ritzy’s Lunch. The wedding was really lovely. It was fun hearing all the childhood lore and all the shenanigans from the three musketeers in the fourth picture. Since I never had the opportunity to meet my Grandfather on my Dad’s side, I loved hearing all the crazy stories that involved him.
Naturally, I left with a duffel bag of pepperoni rolls to keep us fueled for the next few days! 😜
All that to say, I’ve been away, so I haven’t written or developed new recipes, but I have reader faves and some comforting recipes to share from the archive with you today. Let’s dig in.
