Happy Monday. Today, I have a few recipes to inspire your dinners for the rest of the week.
Weekend Update
Whew, this weekend was a whirlwind! I have so many new things to add to the website, but I haven’t had a chance to update them. I cooked so much, including a gorgeous cherry chocolate upside-down cake, a sweet potato pecan upside-down cake, and a reshoot of my green curry scallops. I also made this stunning chicken with Calabrian-roasted cherry tomatoes! So many new things are coming to the site, and I can’t wait to share everything with you!
