Happy Sunday. Today, I’m in your inbox to share new recipes and a few reader faves.

Weekend Update
This weekend was a little low-key. On Friday, I went back to Bunny’s in Baltimore, even though I was just there a week ago! I had an espresso martini (okay, two) and their hush puppies! I love their collard green salad, so I had that for my dinner. It’s made with cornbread croutons, boiled peanuts. and served with a crispy chicken thigh on top. It’s one of my go-to restaurant meals right now!
On Saturday, my Dad came to visit, and we went back to the Royal Taj for an Indian feast! As you can tell, once we get focused on vindaloo, it’s game over. Don’t even try to talk to us! Everything we got was delicious. My Dad got the lamb rogan josh, I got chicken vindaloo, and my husband got the spiced halibut. We all agreed that the halibut was our favorite! We finished with desserts and chai!
Speaking of chai, my friend Poonam makes her own chai masala blends, so I bought some! I decided to make a masala chai sponge cake with chai buttercream frosting. I finished it with pistachio streusel (can’t get enough of that!). It was DIVINE. I cannot WAIT to share the recipe with you.
I also made an amazing pork pappardelle with tarragon (recipe below). Today, I cooked a LOT. I have chicken soup bubbling away on the stove, and I’m making my first batch of hot cross buns from a vintage cookbook! I’m also making tarragon chicken and asparagus for dinner. Lots of new recipes coming soon!
For now, let’s dig into this week’s recipes.
