Happy Sunday. Today, I have a new recipe, reader faves, and a few more ideas to keep you cooking this week.

Weekend Update
What a week! I had jury duty last week and wound up serving on a trial for two days! While I’m an expert at jury duty service, it was actually my first time being selected to serve on a jury. On Saturday, I went out for dinner at The Duchess in Baltimore, which has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants. My favorite bite is their steamed bun with SPAM, but nearly everything I’ve gotten there has been tremendous. Their corn and shrimp fritters, divine. The beet salad with tofu crema, shockingly good. And the tuna poke, out of this world! I also ordered some sort of fruit punch with rum that came in a SPAM can! A first time for everything!

Today, I’m sharing a new recipe for chipotle-orange chicken (which I shared a while back as an early access recipe in Friday Faves). I updated the recipe to include an adobo-seasoned rice that I’ve made more times than I can count. It’s one of my go-to sides, and so easy to make.
I’m making a Cajun-spiced turkey breast today. Just turkey, salt, and Slap Ya Mama seasoning. Can it be any easier? I don’t think so!
For now, let’s get into some recipes to keep you cooking the rest of the week.
