Happy Sunday. Today, I have a new recipe plus a few reader faves to inspire you this week.

Weekend Update
I’m finally recovering after a few very busy weeks at work and getting back into the swing of things with cooking. This weekend, my parents visited, and I made a feast as I always do! I made a charcuterie, a massive bowl of shrimp linguine (recipe here!), and reverse-seared ribeye. I also tested a red velvet trifle, but it still needs a little finessing. It was still delicious, though! Layers of red velvet sponge cake, macerated strawberries, and whipped cream cheese. DIVINE. I can’t wait to share the recipe with you when it’s ready.
For now, I have a new recipe and a few reader favorites to share with you to keep you cooking this week.
NEW RECIPE
Cheesy Chicken Quinoa
This has been my go-to midweek meal because it’s easy to make but still delivers big flavor.
