Happy Sunday. Today, I have new recipes, reader faves, and my football faves to give you some inspo for the rest of the week.
Weekend Update
A long weekend after Thanksgiving! I can’t believe another Thanksgiving has come and gone already. Since Thanksgiving, I’ve been taking it easy. I watched a few movies, did some Pilates, and mostly recovered from the intense amount of cooking on Thursday!
I also made my leftover turkey and Gruyère pot pie, and I’m so excited to share the recipe with you. The filling is rich and luxurious, with the perfect amount of cheese to create an ooey, gooey, savory filling. As you can tell, I’m very proud of it!
I’m watching both the Ravens and the Bills games tonight, so I’ll make my Buffalo chicken tenders! This time, I’ll be making it in the air fryer! I’ll share the original recipe below with my other recipes for the week. Let’s dig in.
NEW RECIPES
Leftover Turkey Pot Pie
If you’re like me and you STILL have turkey in your fridge, this rich pot pie is the best way to use it! It’s savory, creamy, rich, and decadent, with a gorgeous, flaky crust.
Ginger Chicken Udon
Or, if you simply cannot stomach the thought of another night of turkey leftovers, this ginger chicken udon will fix you up. It’s easy to throw together and is a light, flavorful soup perfect for a weeknight.
FOOTBALL FAVES
Buffalo Chicken Tenders
I love, love, love Buffalo chicken tenders, and I’m so excited to make a batch for the Bills game tonight!
Easy Baked Crab Balls
For the Ravens game, though, these baked crab balls never disappoint! Don’t feel like you have to save them for football, though; they make a perfect little appetizer for an occasion!
READER FAVES
Easy Mushroom Barley Stew
Thank you, Kim-Lan! I’m so happy you enjoyed this mushroom and barley stew. It’s perfectly cozy for a cold night!
Meatball Soup with Spinach
Thank you, Nela! I’m thrilled you love this comforting soup as much as I do. Love the idea of adding celery and carrots—yum!
That’s it for this week! Hope you all have a wonderful week ahead filled with lots of tasty food. If you make one of my recipes, please drop a comment on the post to let me know how it turns out; I’d love to hear from you. Byeeeeeeeee! 💖💖
