Happy Sunday. Today, I have new recipes, reader faves, and game day ideas to keep you cooking today and the rest of the week.

Weekend Update
I’ve been so busy coming up with new recipes, reshooting old ones, and just generally cooking up a storm! This weekend, I made the most amazing raspberry-matcha upside-down cake (recipe below), and I made my fish salpicón last night and an apple cheesecake tart (recipe soon!). Fish salpicón is definitely a labor of love, but it’s so good that it’s always worth the effort!
Today, I’ll be watching lots of football and enjoying some of my favorite game day snacks, and I’ll link to my favorite recipes below.
I can’t believe how quickly summer seemed to come to an end. I’m seeing squash and autumn veggies popping up in the grocery store now, which means all the soups and stews and comforting recipes will be coming your way soon.
Let’s dig into the recipes for the week.
NEW RECIPES
Category is: raspberries!
Raspberry Cannoli Tart
Okay, maybe it’s a little late in the season for all the raspberry-themed desserts, but I couldn’t stop myself. This raspberry cannoli tart is so good. Features a ricotta + dark chocolate chip filling, a swirl of raspberry preserves, and macerated raspberries on top of a flaky, buttery puff pastry. YUM!
Raspberry-Matcha Upside-Down Cake
A moist matcha cake with a sweet raspberry topping! This raspberry-matcha upside-down cake is a dessert that will delight everyone you serve it to.
UPDATED RECIPE
Easy Taco Stew
Is this easy taco stew recipe basically just another name for chili? You bet. It’s so easy to make and so flavorful that I don’t even mind the silly name.
READER FAVES

Thank you so much for the five-star review! This fettuccine with sausage and leeks has it all – spice, aroma, and it’s easy as heck to make.
Baked Beef and Feta Meatballs
Thank you for the glowing review, Mari! I’m so happy this is a new favorite in your house. The savory meatballs with the sweet and spicy maple-harissa sauce are truly a match made in heaven.
White Peach Lemon-Ricotta Tart
Thank you so much for this comment! I hate when that happens with peaches—they go moldy SO fast! I’m thrilled you were able to improvise with blueberries, and that it was still delicious! Thank you!!
