Weekend Update
I’m over the worst of Covid, and while I did finally get a negative test yesterday, I’m still feeling a little under the weather. I mostly stayed inside, but I had energy to cook more this weekend! I’ve been completely hyperfixated on upside-down cakes, and I’ve made so many of them, but this amaretto cherry version really takes the (upside-down) cake!
