New recipe! Tomato-Poached Swordfish 🍅
Honestly, I was so excited about this dish that I had to share a video! It’s so delicious, so easy to make, and so perfect for summer. It uses fresh cherry tomatoes, lots of basil, and Kalamata olives for a savory tomato broth that works perfectly with swordfish. You can also use cod or halibut for this dish! Or you can make the tomato broth and just throw in a pound of peeled shrimp and let them cook on the stovetop. Easy peasy!
